Personaly, i think your work could use improvement, although it is obvious you put effort into your work. It's not bad, persay, so much as unskilled.
It looks like mostly what you do is simple color alterations and cloneing. Taking stock photos and just changing them or merging them together, without ever creating a full scene.
I would read some tutorials to learn more, because you seem to have the desire to learn, and you could definitly go further if you wanted to. Practice a bit. It looks like you have good ideas.
